But I really HATE the statement... "CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL"

huh?what? color me confused but in agreement. I hate that phrase as well. The only one I dislike even more is, " I think we need to talk" or "Do you have a minute? I need to talk to you."
