It tasted ok, except the meat came out very dry. :( I have yet to be able to oven cook pork without it drying out on me.
So, next time I'm just gonna do what I learned from my younger days...seer in the pan both sides and then boil the pork chops in pan. Made for some really yummy pork chops!!!! :D Thanks Mom!!!! :D
