Feb. 4th, 2005 11:36 pmToday I had a quick review with my Supervisor this afternoon. According to her, I'm doing just fine. It won't take long for my average length on a call to go down. It appears that the mammograms are actually ones that take longer than getting some of the other ones...even though the other ones are a bit more intense in questions and answers. But there's the thing that I'm not taking any calls from doctors and they are the ones that try to make the call less than 30 seconds...so when I start taking the other calls my average call length will go down. :)
The other big good news on that front is I'm one of the FEW that DON'T go over the aftercall work time and aux time (break time). They want us to keep our aftercall work time at about an hour per 8 hour day and of course the aux time right at one hour and 30 minutes...one hour lunch and two fifteen minute breaks. I've so far kept my aftercall work to like 45 minutes or under and my aux time to RIGHT AT 1:30. :D Am I good or what!!!! So, I've just proved to Supervisor that I'm a good worker and am on the phone WHEN I am SUPPOSED to be on the phone. *smug laughter*
